Processing RAW Images and Round Table on Programs – Thursday, August 15, 2019

Phil Hawkins on Processing RAW Images

You can unlock the potential of your digital images by choosing to shoot in the camera’s RAW format. Today this is much easier than it used to be, but it still takes knowing different options. Phil Hawkins will introduce his work flow for using DxO Photolab to do post-production of RAW images. For those of you who are wedded to Adobe Photoshop, it will introduce you to a new tool you might try!.

As you may have noticed, NAPfS is a little late announcing our upcoming meeting program topics! Our goal is to schedule our topics at least a month in advance so you can look forward to attending every meeting. Our Program Committee needs more recommendations for guest speakers and competition judges to get us back up to speed to advance schedule Fall and 2020 meetings.

We also want your input on how to have quality time for photo critiques, which develops appreciation of creative expression. So, Thursday we’re spending time in Round Table conversation to brainstorm with you. We welcome your feedback and help in making NAPfS your best investment in being a better photographer!
