7:30-9:00 PM Portfolio Project Review, with Amy Cooper and Andrew Fritz
The Portfolio Project is an inaugural program offered to the NAPfS members interested in growing their photography skills. It has been a multi-month series of photography assignments, helping participants to better crystallize their artistic viewpoint, and sharpen their photographic skill set. This third and final completion critique, where the created portfolios are reviewed, is the closing of the task portion of the project.
This effort has been led and facilitated by Andrew Fritz, 2018 NAPfS President, and has included tasks such as curating example inspiration images, creating/identify a seed image, crafting an artist’s statement, identifying obstacles, and overcoming those obstacles through creativity and technical implementation.
Final printed project portfolios will be displayed at the 1st Thursday meeting in December 2018.
