During the Meet & Greet, Josh Baker will exhibit a selection of his printed photographs. Once the meeting starts, Josh will speak for a few minutes about his work and answer questions.
Monthly Competition
Submission Deadline: Midnight, Saturday, June 30, 2018
July’s competition is open themed and will be judged by our speaker for the evening, Liz Moskowitz.
Submissions are divided into two classes and each club member is free to choose which class to enter. For more info, read this post about classes.
The monthly NAPƒS digital competition is meant to be fun, inspirational, and educational. The judging and associated critiques are positive, supportive, and a useful learning tool.
A reminder – you must join NAPƒS to take part in 2018 competitions. The cost of membership is only $24 and your annual contribution is used 100% in support of club operations and activities.

Speaker – Liz Moskowitz
Liz Moskowitz will discuss how she became a full time visual storyteller and show some of her social documentary photo projects from over the years. She will also discuss her experience as a freelance photographer and videographer and is looking forward to having an honest and fun discussion with the audience.
About Liz Moskowitz
Early on, Liz developed a curiosity for creative expression and the human condition. Social documentary photography allows her to explore communities that are unfamiliar and compelling, while capturing a meaningful, untold story. Liz has a degree in photojournalism and over a decade of experience using photo and video to craft stories. Liz works closely with cause-driven clients to develop multimedia campaigns that are compelling, authentic, and people-focused.
